お昼ころはずいぶんと暖かくなりましたね。
「たけのこ」の季節です！
地元のとっても新鮮なたけのこが風味豊かでとっても美味しい♪
初物は特に節目が開いておらず、アクがほとんど無い 今回は、
お刺身（そのまま食べられるという意味）にもできるほどの
鮮度と一番良い状態でお店に届いています。
現在は旬の食材と組み合わせてご提供中🎵
桜えびは前回ご紹介した通り、菜花も終盤ですが美味。
旬づくしのパスタ（お写真）はいかがでしょう！

Lunchtime has become quite warm, hasn’t it?
It’s the season for bamboo shoots!
Local, incredibly fresh bamboo shoots have a rich flavor and are absolutely delicious♪
The first harvest doesn’t have many nodes yet, and they have almost no bitterness. This time,
they’ve arrived at the restaurant in the best condition possible, so fresh that they can even be served as sashimi (meaning they’re safe to eat raw).
Currently, we’re offering them paired with seasonal ingredients 🎵
As mentioned last time, the sakura shrimp and rapeseed blossoms are nearing the end of their season but are still delicious.
How about trying our pasta (pictured) with a variety of seasonal ingredients?
